Google Analytics 4. It was all theoretical until this warning showed up on all of our Universal Analytics accounts:
🚨 🚨 🚨
That’s right, the venerable Universal Analytics (a.k.a GA3) will turn into a pumpkin in not much more than a year. Now that there’s a date where GA3 actually stops working it’s really time to dig into GA4 and start thinking about how to transition. If you want year-over-year data, you better start digging fast.
Don’t worry though, here at cbuswaw we’ve got a plan! Or at least a plan on how to make a plan. We’re bringing in help, and giving you even more of a chance to pick their brains than we usually do.
In addition to our regular meetup the evening of Jun 8th we’re also offering a companion seminar the next morning. Please register separately for each event! This page is for the regular meetup, the seminar information is here.
Making the Move to GA4 (meetup)
Ken and Cory will share what they have learned helping numerous clients migrate from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 at Search Discovery. This session will explore what is involved with the migration process, when you should start, and common pitfalls to avoid.
