Analyzing the behavior of our customers and prospects is critical, as is analyzing the impact of our marketing investments! But, how do we know that we’re focusing on the right customers—the ones we are best equipped to deliver value to—in the first place? It is frighteningly easy to develop tunnel vision and forget about the individuals behind the data: who they are, what they want, and which ones are the best fit for our business. It’s all too easy to end up with powerful analytics supporting a UX designed for the wrong person.

About Our Speaker

Sarah Ahern is a Partner at PATH, a research and growth strategy firm. She is a four-time entrepreneur who has helped companies build human-focused experiences both nationally and in central Ohio, including Tesla, SpaceX, Clif Bar, SafeAuto, LinkedIn, Ditch Witch and more. Her unique approach to research and strategy is based on a decade-long career launching successful programs and products into both B2C and B2B markets, combined with an MA in Health Education and experience as a Therapeutic Chef.
