Sr. Specialist, Digital Testing Personalization

Develops and implements a data-driven personalization and A/B testing roadmap and customer-focused journey utilizing existing personalization testing platforms. Works closely with analytics, site marketing, design, and IT teams to lead testing and personalization strategies and tactics. Analyzes site trends and raw data to develop split testing plans that improve the users’ journey and increase revenue. Analyzes user journey and recommends/ implements tactical changes. Manages multiple hands-on projects across various departments.

1.Develops and executes website personalization testing road map, use cases, and strategy.
2.Works closely with analytics, site marketing, design, product, IT and customer loyalty teams.
3.Creates algorithm-based recommendations that drive users toward desired purchases.
4.Creates technical audience segments in order to effectively personalize and market products to customers.
5.Develops, implements, and analyzes test messaging to site audiences, then analyzes user reactions for further refinement and implementation.
6.Partners with third-party external firm to obtain testing data for analysis.
7.Analyzes raw site data, develops insights, and packages and presents findings to leadership.
8.Researches and shares latest industry testing and personalization trends.
1.Bachelor’s degree required.
2.Minimum 3-5 years in a retail environment developing A/B or multivariate testing and website personalization strategies required.
3.Passionate about creating data-driven, customer-focused messaging, and customer experience strategies that will drive short- and long-term growth.
4.Experience in user experience, testing, and website personalization required.
5.Experience with Reflektion personalization platform preferred.
6.Strong in data analytics with ability to develop insights from that data.
7.Strong presentation, delivery, and ability to influence an executive audience required.
8.Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills who can work closely with internal and external partners to design the best solutions for our customers.
9.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills required.
10.Working knowledge of common retail marketing channels (email, social, paid, web, etc.) required.
11.Experience managing external agencies preferred.
12.Basic knowledge of eCommerce project lifecycles preferred.
