Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working with the Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
Experience with Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Signal or other tag management systems.
Ability to write and manipulate Javascript
Has worked with development teams to create data layers on websites, and use tag management systems to get data from a website or app.
Proven ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights
You must love data.
You must have a passion for the web and creating delightful user experiences
Must be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer success
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
Proficient in Microsoft office tools – Word, PPT & Excel
Project management and organization skills
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, data science or marketing
2+ years’ experience in online analytics
Proof of knowledge/experience
Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities)

Experience with AB/Multivariate testing – Tools & analysis
Advanced knowledge of Adobe analytics – Omniture & Ad Hoc
Experience working with tag management systems like Signal & Adobe DTM
Intermediate JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills
Intermediate-advanced statistics knowledge
Experience in retail, fashion or cosmetics industry preferred
