As a Digital Analyst on our Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for taking the lead in transforming data into actionable key insights that will positively impact our eCommerce site performance, optimize digital marketing spend. This role is focused on driving business results via accurate, timely, and interactive dashboards, as well as deep-dive analysis. You will work closely and collaboratively with our key business partners to understand their questions and ensure proper tracking/implementation is in place to meet their needs and lead development of solutions to answer their business question.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Support digital marketing initiatives through retention and profitability reporting and analysis for subscription business model

·        Conduct ad hoc analyses that will advise the digital marketing team on how to maximize channel profitability and optimize promotional strategies

·        Develop and disseminate weekly, monthly and quarterly Ecommerce & Marketing dashboards

·        Automate recurring reports to increase department and organizational efficiency

·        Support cross-functional teams through development, analysis and distribution of various reports to determine optimization opportunities

·        Develop and deliver digital analytics reports and insights across various business units, make recommendations and implement improvements to current business practices

·        Partner with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure the right tracking is in place to measure success of initiatives, and to update tracking as new product features and marketing vendors are added

·        Develop new methods for understanding how cross-device and cross-channel interactions influence current reporting

Qualifications:

·        Thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Optimize

·        SQL fluency: ability to work with large data sets

·        Technical web analytics or programming knowledge a plus

·        Experience supporting marketing campaigns and influencing campaign decisions/strategy through data driven insights to maximize profitability, drive sales revenue and meet other key business goals

·        Strong data presentation and visualization skills, knowledge of Tableau, Excel and Power Point

·        Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

·        Experimental test design experience

·        Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

·        Passionate about technology, digital media, relationship building, and collaboration

·        Ability to understand overall business objectives and make strategic recommendations based on analysis results
