Job Summary

This position will take the lead in uncovering data-driven metrics and insights to better attract, hire, engage, develop, and retain Quantum Health’s most important asset – our talent. The People Analytics Analyst will partner with key stakeholders to act as a consultant in solving people data questions.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Gathers, interpret, analyze, and make business recommendations regarding HR metrics to make sure Quantum Health continues to be a great place to work
Develop sustainable statistical algorithms and processes in order to support HR business processes, tools, statistical models, or output for product delivery
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to develop analytical solutions which support cross-functional needs
Synthesize analytical output and findings for storytelling and decision making
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Economics or a related field.
2+ years at an analyst level in a data-oriented role dealing in statistics or analytics.
Have experience with HR metrics, surveys, systems, interpreting data trends and data analysis.
Experience working with SAS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or other machine learning and data visualization applications.
Ability to work independently and self-directed with limited need for day to day supervision.  The role will be a key thought-partner in evolving this function to the next stage.
