Manager, Ecommerce Optimization
Responsible for the optimization of the shopjustice.com customer shopping experience to maximize conversion and achieve the financial goals of the Justice direct to consumer business. Manage all process and outcomes related to web analytics, A/B testing, VOC reporting, session replay and other various systems. Create insights from various web analytics that create insights that inform decision for leaders in the business and enhance the customer experience. Manage analyst(s) to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Provide forecasts and models that predict future sales. Act as a collaborator and trusted resource with all departments, especially e-commerce operations, UX, IT, Marketing and Creative partners within Justice, as well as our parent company.
