Digital Marketing Performance Manager
Purpose of Position
The Digital Marketing Performance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team with performance monitoring and optimization of media campaigns, inbound lead performance, and overall digital performance. The role will be expected to work on multiple projects concurrently, collaborating closely with the Business Insights & Analytics department’s Sr. Operational Analyst iand key marketing partners. The manager will be expected to provide best-in-class strategic solutions and insights, demonstrating a deep understanding and knowledge of NetJets prospect facing digital programs and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital marketing space, as well as possess a strong command of Adobe Analytics and Launch, Salesforce, Tableau and all channel applications within these platforms. An interest in continuing education on the latest innovations in digital capabilities and trends preferred. Must be an excellent communicator who can tailor their delivery to a variety of audiences. Tasks and Responsibilities
Marketing Performance Analytics:
Weekly & Monthly Reporting: Generate and review performance reports to inform and share insights regarding tactical performance of campaigns and total inbound performance trends. Highlight new campaigns/tactics, as well as potential areas of concern that require optimizations.
Media Trafficking: Ensure new campaign/tactics launches are using the right combination of creative and landing pages. Evaluate previous and/or similar campaign performance, reviewing an Adobe creative performance dashboard to select the best combination. Requires extensive knowledge of past performance, strategy, and marketing principles.
Media Optimizations (Creative, Landing Pages, Audiences): In coordination with the weekly and monthly dashboard reviews, review strategy and campaign performance regularly to evaluate against KPIs.
Agency Analytics Support: Attend meetings with agency partners regarding SEM/SEO, and Display as a SME, providing analytical weight to their performance measurement and optimization efforts.
Inbound Tableau Dashboard Management: Maintain and update Tableau workbooks (generated from a SAS process/dataset) and dashboards that holds marketing/inbound data that Marketing & Sales teams frequently inquire about: trends, campaign data, net worth qualifiers, etc.
Marketing Audience Segment Generation/Management: Run SAS queries to generate lists of leads, and contacts for marketing use. Upload lists to a secure platform for secure/anonymous distribution to media partners.
Direct Marketing Support: Partner with Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to pull email campaign performance reports and share compiled insights between website, email, and lead generation.
Digital Platform Support/Management:
Adobe Analytics + Google Analytics Tools Management: (Adobe Launch/Analytics/Target and Google Tag Manager/Analytics) Implement and manage data capture analytics platforms for NetJets Inc. websites. Capture events and conversions, fire media pixels. Involves collaboration between Sales/Marketing and IT to advance projects and support documentation.
Adobe Analytics NetJets.com Dashboard Management: Build and manage website dashboards for Marketing, Sales and IT.
Media Pixel/Cookie Management: Add, delete, alter media pixels and cookies needed to track campaign conversions for media and agency partners. Includes assisting Legal with requests for data on digital platforms, maintain privacy regulations on the collection/use of PII with our digital platforms and media operations.
Sales and Marketing Cloud SME Support: Assist Marketing and Sales as an expert in data in setting standards, values and best practices within both platforms.
Bachelor’s in Data Analytics or Computer Science
