The Senior CX Marketing Analyst’s key responsibilities and contribution to the company will be developing and delivering actionable insights and analysis on the understanding of our customer’s online and offline behavior and improving performance in our owned and earned properties. Areas of specialization and focus in direct marketing including email and SMS, web properties and voice channels including contact center and IVR.

Measure success of (ROI, conversion) and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and performance of our direct marketing including email and SMS, web properties and voice channels.
Lead analysis on A/B and MVT tests, compile results and present them to business stakeholders in a timely and consumable manner.
Manage relationships with internal teams, including but not limited to, User Experience, IT and Contact Center teams to understand their environments, identify appropriate data sources and measure project success
Query large datasets using analytics software or SQL for applicable data and interpretation of results and analyses to identify trends/issues and develop recommendations to support business objectives.
Create data collection methodologies and plans and provide recommended fixes as needed to ensure accuracy of all reporting.
