Digital Optimization Analyst

The Digital Optimization Analyst be responsible for web analytics and reporting for Lane Bryant, Catherines and Cacique websites.   This position will evaluate customer shopping behavior and site conversion, and provide reporting and recommendations to internal business partners.  This position will also help drive revenue increases as a member of the experimentation and optimization team.

Performance requirements

  • Optimization of website through deep-dive analysis and experimentation
  • Utilize web analytics toolkit to analyze customer behavior to understand pain points and conversion obstacles
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and hypotheses to drive site testing program
  • Present data, test results and recommendations to cross-functional peers and leadership team

Work Experience and education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in retail web analytics, ecommerce finance or planning.
  • Experience in an E-commerce environment preferred
  • Use of web analytics and testing tools (Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Monetate, Adobe Test and Target or similar tools) preferred

CRM Specialist (Mobile + Direct Mail)

Manage the development and implementation of mobile/SMS and direct mail marketing programs intended to drive traffic and sales to site and retail stores. Ensure quality standards are maintained for representation of brand and fashion message in all art, content and in general presentation within all marketing messages, while optimizing performance measures. Monitor direct mail and SMS reporting, engagement patterns and product sales to adjust strategies to optimize sales. Lead our direct mail and SMS marketing programs for Catherines. Ideal candidate should include detail orientated, accurate, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member, and adherence to deadlines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the success, accuracy and timeliness of direct mail & SMS marketing programs. Tracks and reports on performance.

Partner with Loyalty and Credit to help optimize customer engagement
